Keep this solution overnight. The next morning boils for five to 10 minutes and let it cool. Once cooled the solution and drink a rate of it on an empty stomach. After each meal wait an hour and drink a cup of that solution.
- Olive oil is also very effective cleansing the liver. Consume half a teaspoon of olive oil 30 minutes before meals daily. Increase this intake of olive oil slowly until you get to consume half the rate. It will take two or three weeks for the treatment to take effect.
- You should drink the high nutritive blend such as berries, apple, pineapple mixed with a pinch of cinnamon and ginger.
- Vitamin B is very useful for detoxifying the liver. Try to consume whole grains that are rich in vitamin B. In order to shape the detoxification process uses foods rich in vitamin C such as green vegetables and citrus.
